Privacy Policy

Account information. When you sign up, our authentication provider (Clerk) collects your email address and sign-in credentials or social-login identity. We store your account id and email so the app knows who you are.

Things you do in the app.Bets you choose to track, settings and filters you save, and similar product state — stored so the product works for you across sessions. Some preferences (like selected sportsbooks and filter values) are stored only in your browser's local storage and never leave your device.

Payment information (when paid plans launch). Payments will be processed by Stripe. Your card number goes to Stripe, not to us; we receive subscription status and a customer reference.

Technical data. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested, timestamps) collected by our hosting provider (Vercel) for security and operations.

We do not collect your sportsbook credentials, your brokerage information, or the contents of any betting or brokerage account. We do not run third-party advertising trackers.

To provide and operate the Service; to authenticate you; to persist your tracked bets and settings; to process subscription payments; to secure the Service against abuse; to fix problems and improve the product; and to send you service-related messages (such as material changes to terms). We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

We use a small set of service providers to run the product: Clerk (authentication), Vercel (hosting and logs), Supabase (database), and — when paid plans launch — Stripe (payments). Each processes data only to provide its service to us, under its own security and privacy commitments. Odds and public-filing data shown in the app come from third-party sources and contain no personal data about you.

We use the cookies required for sign-in sessions (set by Clerk) and browser local storage for product preferences. We do not use advertising cookies. Blocking required cookies will break sign-in.

We keep account data while your account exists. You can request deletion of your account and associated personal data by emailing info@degenoddsbets.comfrom your account email; we will delete it within 30 days except where the law requires us to keep records (for example, billing records). Server logs rotate on our hosting provider's standard schedule.

Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR or the California Consumer Privacy Act), you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export your personal information, and to object to certain processing. We honor reasonable requests regardless of jurisdiction — email info@degenoddsbets.com. We do not sell or "share" personal information as those terms are defined in the CCPA, and we do not use it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security — use a strong, unique password.

The Service is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a minor has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
